Abstract

The process to move of polycrystal in plastic state under load was study. It is shown that in case of large graine size plastic deformation extened by relay race wich give rise to Holl—Petch law, but in case of low graine size the graine begin deformed independens each other, what give the departure from this law. It is shown the transition point belong nearly 100 nm.
