Abstract

The binary alloys of intermetallic Ti3Sn are investigationed with different containe of tin. Sharp increase of plasticity and decrease of elastic modules in intermetallic alloys with nonstoichiometrical composition was found. A most effect shows up in the alloy of composition (% (at.)) 75,5Ti—24,5Sn. This intermetallic demonstrates a termoelastic behavior that grounds to suppose the presence of martensitic transformation.
