Abstract

The influence of temperature and strain rate to the deforming process of powder porousbillet made from antifriction material investigated. The copper and nickel based ligature powders produced from industrial wastes were used as an initial material. It was found thelimiting degree of deformation at upsetting that implemented for calculation of the mouldduring development of instrument. The ambiguous temperature dependence was obtained for physico-mechanical and antifriction properties. The temperature and strain rate to ensure of satisfactory physico-mechanical and antifriction properties were found. The production technologies are presented for details from antifriction material.
