The influence of the synthesis technology for the 44НХТЮ alloy on the structure and mechanical properties during static and cyclic loading

Abstract

Research of terms of receipt of precision alloy of 44НХТЮ with high technological properties as follies and measuring of maximum properties of alloy is in-process conducted at a cyclic laddering. A research object was a precision alloy of 44НХТЮ, got three methods: shaping of ribbon from powder of alloy asymmetric rolling and subsequent sintering in a vacuum at 1200 0С; the cathode-ray melting and subsequent rolling; by the method of Ospray process. It is set that, deformation, tireless and dampings descriptions of alloy of 44НХТЮ, got the cathode-ray melting, such exceed for an alloy, got the method of the asymmetric rolling of powder of alloy with subsequent sintering, and also method of Ospray of process. Therefore for the receipt of thin wares from the alloy of 44НХТЮ it is expedient to apply the cathode-ray melting and rolling. The values of limit of endurance of investigational in-process alloys are first got at a bend on frequency 2,4 кH, which arrive at a value 270 MPa on the base of 107 cycles. The precision alloy of 44НХТЮ is made on new technological processes, purpous for the use in the thin-walled elements of constructions with memory of form. Full text download
