Abstract

Model is proposed and estimated calculations are carried out upon changing size distribution of copper powder after dispersion in the jet-type mill with abrasive coverage of housing and moving elements. Found that density of inclusions on abrasive surface, and particle velocity, which they acquiring a rotating turbine, have a decisive influence on the fineness of the powder. The most favorable area of angles of attack a particle stream to the abrasive surface, which provides maximum grinding efficiency, is 0—30 degrees
