Abstract

A method of stereology-morphological analysis of the pore space of powder materials is described. The method is designed to use scanning electron microscopy. Using a wavelet transform to filter noise distortions is proposed. Scanning electron microscopy images are used for morphological analysis of the structure. The method employs discrete Voronoi diagrams.
