Plastic strain influence on structure and mechanical properties of alloys of Ті-Si system

Structure and mechanical properties of Ті-Si system double alloys in molten and 90% deformed by forging states are studied. Phase analysis has shown hexagonal titanium and Ti5Si3 eutectic phase presence in molten and deformed alloys of Ті-Si system. Reference alloys group is shown to be perspective for additional doping and creation on its basis heat-resistant titanium alloys with satisfactory plasticity under room temperature. Due to complete biological inertness in human organism double-alloys of this system are perspective for medical material science and could be used for manufacture of the wide range of implants.
