Abstract

Make a generalization of the problem of obtaining condensed from the vapor phase microlayer metallic materials. For the first time as an example microlayer material copper—molybdenum possibility of producing compositions with a layer thickness of less than 1 micron at substrate temperatures above 0,3 on the melting point fusible layer (copper).
