Abstract

Properties of the nanocrystalline hydrothermal powders with composition (% (тої.)) 86ZrO2— 2,8Y2O3—0,7CeO2—О,ЗСоО—10Аl2О3 were investigated. The hydrothermal powder was produced after hydrothermal treatment of the co-precipitated hydroxides bland. It was found, that low-temperature phase transformation of F-ZrO2 —> T-ZrO2 resulted from the heat treatment. Specific surface area of powder decreased from 95 to 1,1 m2/g, average primary particle size varied from 8 to 17 nm. The powder was become cyan after heat treatment at 1200 °С as a result of the cobalt aluminate spinel formation.
