Calculation of characteristic parameters of eutektik alloys LaB6-MeB2 on the basis of the method of pseudo-potentials

By means of a method of pseudo-potentials internal energy of individual making composite materials on a basis of hexaborides of lanthanum and diborides of transitive metals IV - VI groups (MeB2) is calculated. Energy of thermal fluctuations of atoms is defined within the limits of Einstein"s model. Frequency of fluctuation of atoms is calculated proceeding from energy of interplane interaction. Energy of mixture for the solid phase which value satisfies to a formation condition of eutectic alloys is estimated. From a condition of a minimum of thermodynamic potential of quasibinary alloys concentration of components and temperature in a point of eutectic is calculated.
