Abstract

The process of forging of powder parts used in food industry machines and apparatuses was studied by the computer modeling method. The shaping of the workpiece under deformation, the distribution of porosity and plastic deformation were controlled. The analysis of forging of two types workpieces is carried out. The radial flow leads to an increase in the accumulated plastic deformation of the material. This makes it possible to manufacture of parts with enhanced properties.
