Abstract

The stress – strain curves for Al-Cu-Fe icosahedral quasicrystal were obtained by indentation in the wide temperature range. The peculiarities of phase transformation during indentation and change of length of deformation hardening and weakening stages depending from the testing temperature were discussed.
