Abstract

Wetting, contact interaction and “slow” and “superhigh-speed” spreading kinetics of adhesive-active Cu-Ag-Ti and Cu-Sn-Ti melts over nitride aluminium ceramics surfaces were studied and data obtained for above systems with different content of titanium especially those concerning spreading times and wetting degree were compared.
