Abstract

It is investigated kinetics of dispergation, which proceed in gold nanofilms by thickness of 100 nm put onto a surface alumina ceramics, leykosapphire and quartz glass as a result of them annealing in air at temperatures 800-1000 °С during various time. It is revealed, that kinetics of dispergation has practically identical character for all three investigated oxides and it consist of rather slow films fragmentation as result of annealing at 800 °С, which is considerably accelerated at rise in temperature, especially in a range 900-950 °С. As a result of the further annealing at temperatures 950-1000 °С there is only acquisition by films fragments more-less rounded form.
