  • Nanostructure (nanoparticle, nanocrystalline) materials: Problems synthesis of materials under extreme temperature and pressure parameters.
  • The theoretical prediction of the structure and properties of new materials and inorganic materials.
  • Technology of nanocomposite and nanolayered films based on refractory compounds. (Magnetron sputtering and PECVD techniques).
