Abstract

On the base of the suggested earlier plastic model of damaged and low-cohesive materials the computer simulation of twist-extrusion of powder materials has been carried out. The cohesion level of material has been established to have a substantial influence on density distribution up to reverse density gradient. For defective materials the catastrophic porosity growth is also observed in the angles of free surface that may lead to destruction.
