Abstract

Barium titanate have the valuable electrophisical properties but at heating in vacuum to 600о C BaTiO3 loses the oxygen and its properties varieties. It restricts using of standard metallization and brazing technologies for BaTiO3-ceramic so the technology of BaTiO3-ceramic metallization and soldering at lower temperatures was the aim of present study. Technology of capillary infiltration of indium and led through titanium powder was tested. As at prolonged storage on the air titanium powder is dirtied due to adsorption of atmosphere components the just prepared by annealing TiH in vacuum at 700о C powder was used. For led metallization temperature was 500о C for indium — 450о C. Soldered joints of BaTiO3-ceramic and steel was also obtained by capillary infiltration of indium, strength was 20 MPa. In the experiments with indium barium titanate retain its stoichiometric composition.
